At the forefront of the services we offer is energy assessments of commercial and industrial properties culminating in the production of a Non-Domestic Energy Performance Certificate, NDEPC (sometimes known as Commercial EPC, CEPC).
Legislation introduced last year means that nearly all commercial and industrial properties being sold or changing lease holder will require a NDEPC.
We are supporting this new legislation by offering the services of our dedicated, Level 3, Non-Domestic Energy Assessor for the production of your NDEPC. He will deal with the process from pre-survey questionnaire, on site data collection through to generation of the NDEPC, the Co2 rating and improvement Recommendations report using the government approved SBEM software.
We can also offer full property, inspection and surveying services including valuation, architectural plans, development advice, planning services and help and advice on energy saving measures.
